There is a small but dedicated staff at the OPA office who are constantly working to improve member services and provide the highest level of support for your profession.
The following is an overview of each person's role, and should assist you in directing your inquiries to the appropriate resource. We look forward to hearing from you!
Dorianne Sauvé, Chief Executive Officer: dsauve@opa.on.ca Ext. 226
Dorianne is responsible for all aspects of the Association's operations, both inside and outside the OPA office. She coordinates all staff management, Association legal services, budgetary governance and long-range planning.
Reporting to the OPA Board of Directors, Dorianne acts as the voice of the profession, working closely with OPA consultants to improve government relations and respond quickly to changes in the political landscape. She is the primary liaison between the Board of Directors and the members of the Association, and is directly involved with all District, Board and Committee activities.

Diane manages all daily administrative and human resource functions for the OPA Office. Diane is responsible for Association financial accounting and bookkeeping including banking, accounts payable/receivable, course registration fees, newsletter advertisement sales and adherence to tax regulations. She holds overall responsibility for the management of the Association's information systems and meeting/teleconference bookings.
Diane also serves as Assistant to the CEO, providing on-site support during Association events such as the Annual General Meeting. She works closely with the CEO to ensure that all legal obligations of the Association are fulfilled, and that all necessary information resources are provided to the Board, Committees, District Liaisons and CPA Branch Presidents.
Jennifer Holstein, Director, Practice & Member Services: jenniferh@opa.on.ca Ext. 232
Jennifer is the primary contact on issues related to the practice of physiotherapy. She serves as a facilitator between OPA Committees and the groups they represent, and helps to recruit member resources to fulfill Committee mandates. Jennifer ensures that information provided to the membership is consistent with the fulfillment of the OPA's mission, and she promotes the physiotherapy profession as a resource within the insurance community, the WSIB and other agencies.
Jennifer is the key member resource for questions regarding billing issues with the MVA and WSIB, and is the OPA's resident expert on Automobile Insurance Claim Forms. She closely monitors all government and agency regulations, advising the membership on the impact of regulatory change upon the profession.
Roberta MacLean, Project Coordinator, Practice and Policy: robertam@opa.on.ca Ext. 225
Reporting to the CEO, Roberta works closely with the Manager of Practice and Policy in coordinating projects related to practice and policy issues in the public sector. Roberta is responsible for environmental scanning, analysis, project development and coordination as well as support of volunteers towards achieving the Association's strategic goals in the public sector.
Sara Pulins, Manager, Marketing & Communications: spulins@opa.on.ca Ext. 222
Sara is the Association's primary contact and resource to staff, members, the public and media in the areas of marketing, communications and media relations. She manages all aspects of the Association’s external communications and develops resource materials to assist members in dealing with marketing, communications and media relations. Sara is also the primary editor of OPA's newsletter, Physiotherapy Today, and is responsible for updating the OPA website.

Reporting to the CEO, Kristin works closely with the Manager of Marketing and Communications in coordinating external and internal communications. She is the first point of contact for course i-blasts. Kristin also coordinates professional development activities and events excluding OPA’s annual conference, under the supervision of Jennifer Holstein, Director of Practice and Member Services.
Courtney Alexander, Event Planner for Annual Conference: calexander@opa.on.ca
Courtney is the main contact and coordinator for our Annual Conference. She is responsible for all exhibitor and sponsorship opportunities with our conference, InterACTION, as well as the logistical planning of the event. OPA contracts out this responsibility to Courtney and as such, she works offsite.
Leigh Anne Butler, Membership Services Coordinator: physiomail@opa.on.ca Ext. 221
Leigh Anne is the first point of contact with the public, including our membership. She responds to all general membership requests, including changes to membership information, requests for resources and information on OPA’s Find-a-Physiotherapist database. Leigh Anne is also the primary contact for the public seeking information on physiotherapy in Ontario.
