Physiotherapy Competency Exam
Physiotherapists who wish to practice in Canada must participate in the credential review process and successfully complete the Physiotherapy Competency Examination, administered by the Canadian Alliance of Physiotherapy Regulators.

Registration
All practicing physiotherapists in Ontario are required to have a valid certificate of registration from the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario. Without this, individuals are not permitted to use the title of physiotherapist in Ontario.
If you wish to verify the registration of a physiotherapist in Ontario, you may do so with the College of Physiotherapists on their website.
