Volunteers Needed for OPA’s Pre-AGM and AGM
The Pre-AGM and AGM take place at the Hyatt Regency hotel on Saturday evening, March 24 and Sunday morning, March 25, 2012. OPA is searching for interested volunteers to participate in the following roles at these meetings:
- Credentials Committee - verify the credentials of the registered Voting Delegates
- 3 volunteers needed on March 24, 2012 from 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm and March 24, 2012 from 7:30 am to 12:00 pm. Ideally, the same three members could volunteer for each session, but not necessary.
- Minutes Approving Committee - listen to the AGM and then review the minutes of the meeting
- 3 volunteers needed on March 25, 2012 from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm
- Tellers Committee - count the number of affirmatives and negatives after a vote at the AGM
- 2 volunteers needed on March 25, 2012 from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm
