The Urban Athlete is located on Eglinton Ave West near Avenue Road. We are busy interdisciplinary, multi-service clinic providing Physiotherapy, Chiropractic, RMT, Naturopathic and Fitness services. Our target market is active individuals from weekend warriors to professional athletes.

We are currently recruiting one Permanent Part to Full Time Physiotherapist.
We are seeking a positive, motivated, committed and ambitious therapist to join our highly skilled and educated multidisciplinary team. We emphasize patient care in an environment that encourages and supports continued learning and skill improvement. The applicant should be able to fit in with our energetic, active, committed and professional staff.
Qualifications
- Must have completed a Bachelor of Master’s Degree program in Physical Therapy from an accredited University
- Must have current registration with the college of Physiotherapists of Ontario and the CPTA
- 2 years experience and Level II manual skills preferred although most importantly must have motivation to continue post graduate education
- Have the ability to work independently and within a multi-disciplinary team
- Have the ability to use their skills and knowledge to assess, treat, and manage a caseload consisting of private and sports related injuries
- Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Interest in/or experience in the following would be an asset: Sports Therapy/Medicine, Acupuncture, Orthopedics.
