Bellefleur Physiotherapy is seeking an experienced Registered Physiotherapist to serve as Clinic Director for our Rockland location. This role combines hands-on clinical practice with leadership responsibilities, including staff mentorship, performance support, and oversight of clinical standards and client experience.

The Rockland clinic has been part of the community since 2021 and serves a predominantly francophone population. We are now entering a new phase of growth and are seeking a clinician-leader to guide the clinic forward while maintaining high standards of care.

Role overview

The Clinic Director will divide their time between clinical care and leadership responsibilities. Working closely with ownership, Human Resources, and the clinic Office Manager, the Clinic Director will support the clinical team and ensure alignment with organizational clinical standards and processes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing high-quality, one-on-one physiotherapy care

  • Supporting and mentoring physiotherapists and clinical staff

  • Promoting adherence to professional, ethical, and regulatory standards

  • Participating in recruitment, onboarding, and performance development

  • Supporting consistency in assessment, treatment planning, and discharge processes

  • Monitoring clinic performance and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

  • Fostering a collaborative, respectful, and accountable clinic culture


Qualifications

Required:

  • Registered Physiotherapist in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario

  • Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience

  • Previous leadership, supervisory, or mentoring experience in a professional setting

  • Fluency in French and English

  • Ability to balance clinical responsibilities with leadership and administrative duties

  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Preferred:

  • Experience in one or more of the following areas: TMJ, vestibular/concussion, pelvic health, running injuries, pediatrics, geriatrics, oncology, acupuncture, or dry needling
  • Experience reviewing clinic performance metrics or participating in quality improvement initiatives
  • Familiarity with Jane App or similar EMR systems

Employment details

  • Salary: $95,000+ per year
