BWell Lounge is a multidisciplinary wellness clinic located in the heart of Newmarket, dedicated to empowering clients through integrative care. We’re looking for a passionate Registered Physiotherapist to join our growing team and contribute to our mission of redefining wellness within a compassionate, community-driven environment.
As a Physiotherapist at BWell Lounge, you will provide client-centered assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation services. You will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to create personalized care plans that promote mobility, reduce pain, and enhance overall quality of life. Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ physical conditions, injuries, and functional limitations.
Develop and implement individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans using evidence-based practices.
Utilize manual therapy, exercise prescription, and therapeutic modalities to optimize outcomes.
Collaborate with in-house practitioners (RMTs, Chiropractors, Naturopaths, Psychotherapists, etc.) to ensure holistic and coordinated care.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario (CPO) standards.
Educate clients on posture, ergonomics, injury prevention, and self-management strategies.
Participate in marketing initiatives, community outreach, and clinic events when needed.
Adhere to BWell Lounge’s professional and ethical standards, ensuring a safe and inclusive space for all clients.
Registered and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario (CPO).
Proof of professional liability insurance.
Experience in private practice or multidisciplinary clinic setting preferred.
Strong clinical skills in musculoskeletal, orthopedic, or neurological rehabilitation.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Experience with the Jane App (or similar EMR system) is considered an asset.
Independent contractor position (flexible scheduling).
