Physiotherapist – (Neuro-MSK/orthopedic)

Integrative Functional Recovery Room (IFRR) is a newly established multidisciplinary healthcare clinic in Guelph, Ontario focused on collaborative, patient-centred care. Our team includes chiropractic and naturopathic providers, with medical services (MD/NP urgent care and pharmacy) located within the same building and imaging services directly across the hall.

We are seeking a physiotherapist who is interested in developing a meaningful clinical practice within a supportive and collaborative environment. This position is ideal for a new graduate or early-career physiotherapist who wants mentorship, time to build clinical reasoning skills, and the opportunity to grow a caseload gradually rather than work in a high-volume setting. Unlike traditional volume-based clinics, IFRR emphasizes thorough assessments, longer appointment times, inter-professional communication, and individualized rehabilitation planning.

Clinicians are encouraged to take ownership of their patient population and develop a focused clinical interest over time.

We are particularly interested in physiotherapists who have training or interest in building a niche area of practice, including (but not limited to):

• vestibular or concussion rehabilitation headache or TMJ management
• pelvic health / women’s health orthopedic and
• functional rehabilitation chronic pain or movement-based rehabilitation

This role is well suited for a clinician who values education, patient relationships, and collaborative care with other healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform physiotherapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide manual therapy, rehabilitation exercise programming, and patient education
• Collaborate with other providers within the clinic for coordinated care
• Communicate with medical providers when appropriate for shared patient management
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation (JaneApp EMR)

• Registered (or eligible for registration) with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
