FL!P Physiotherapy Centre is a boutique physiotherapist-owned clinic that has been part of the Westboro community in Ottawa for 14 years. We provide general orthopaedic and rehabilitation services. We value personalized care, strong patient relationships, and a supportive environment where clinicians can thrive independently.

Who we are looking for:

We are seeking motivated candidates who have experience, or new grads who are interested in some mentoring with the clinic owner. This role is for a practitioner who values autonomy, is passionate about patient education and empowering clients in their rehabilitation, and wants to grow their practice. Those seeking part-time or full-time hours are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Provide evidence-based high-quality physiotherapy assessments and functional rehabilitation.
• Deliver manual therapy.
• Manage an independent caseload with professionalism and autonomy.
• Uphold all regulatory standards as set by the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.

Requirements:

• Registered Physiotherapist in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
• Professional liability insurance.
• Strong communication and patient education skills.
• Additional training, i.e. dry needling, is an asset, but not required.
