The Female Athlete – Level 1 is an evidence-informed, experiential course for health and fitness professionals who work with women. It challenges traditional beliefs around pelvic health, loading, impact, and exercise restriction, and introduces a simpler, more effective framework for helping female athletes return to the activities that matter to them — including running, jumping, lifting, and sport. The course emphasises clinical reasoning, communication, and performance-based test–retest approaches rather than prescriptive “tools” or protocols.
Learning Objectives
By the end of this course, participants will be able to:
Physiotherapists, athletic therapists, chiropractors, osteopaths, strength and conditioning coaches, personal trainers, Pilates instructors, and other health and fitness professionals who work with women.
There are no prerequisites. This course is suitable for both early-career and experienced professionals seeking a fresh, reflective approach to working with female athletes.
