Georgian Sports Medicine & Physiotherapy is a woman and Physiotherapist owned clinic in a beautiful small community north of Barrie, surrounded by the 30,000 islands of Georgian bay. Over the last 9 years, we have been serving our community with evidenced based care with an emphasis on manual therapy, acupuncture, dry-needling and IMS. We work in conjunction with our local on-site Sports Medicine Physician’s, who bring a unique set of both diagnostic/assessment skills/tools. We are situated in a brand-new facility which currently shares accommodations with multiple local physicians as well.

We currently have an incredible team of dedicated, passionate and hard-working employees. Our ideal Physiotherapist will have graduated from an accredited School of Physiotherapy and be registered with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario. At this time, the ideal candidate will have, or be motivated to participate in extended learning, such as Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy, and/or IMS GUNN/Dry Needling, and/or FCAMPT designation. We will also provide funding for any courses that improve community access to private healthcare resources not readily available in Midland and surrounding areas.

Registered member, in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario. Physiotherapy residents are welcome to apply!

Licence/ Certification:

Physiotherapist Licence for the Province of Ontario (Required)
