Flat-Rate Room Rental Agreement: Perfect for established practitioners or ambitious business owners. Rent a premium private treatment room for a fixed monthly fee. Keep 100% of your billings, set your own schedule, and run your practice with complete independence.

Key Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive clinical assessments, diagnose conditions, and establish customized, evidence-based treatment plans.
Deliver high-quality treatments utilizing manual therapy, active exercise prescription, and patient education.
Maintain precise, timely digital charting using our clinic EMR, strictly adhering to College of Physiotherapists of Ontario (CPO) standards.
Manage your independent caseload safely, efficiently, and ethically.
(For Fee Split option) Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to foster internal cross-referrals and integrated patient care.

Qualifications & Requirements

Licensure: Active registration and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario (CPO) as a Registered Physiotherapist.
Education: Master of Science in Physical Therapy (MScPT) or verified international equivalent.
Insurance: Valid Professional Liability Insurance (minimum $5 million coverage per occurrence as mandated by the CPO).
Compliance: Clear, current Vulnerable Sector Check.
Business Mindset: Strong communication skills, professionalism, and the drive to build or migrate a local caseload in the Vaughan/York Region area.
