Job Description

Diamond Physiotherapy is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and patient-centred Registered Physiotherapist to join our growing multidisciplinary team. This position is ideal for a clinician who enjoys providing high-quality, one-on-one care and is looking for a supportive workplace with opportunities for mentorship and professional growth.

As a Physiotherapist at Diamond Physiotherapy, you will assess, diagnose, and treat a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions while developing individualized treatment plans that help patients achieve their goals. You will have the autonomy to practice evidence-informed physiotherapy in a collaborative environment where quality of care is prioritized over patient volume.

Our clinic offers 60-minute initial assessments and 30–45 minute follow-up appointments, allowing you the time needed to build meaningful therapeutic relationships and deliver exceptional care. We do not double-book appointments, ensuring you can focus entirely on each patient.

You will work alongside experienced Physiotherapists, a Chiropractor, Registered Psychotherapists, in a modern clinic featuring private treatment rooms and a fully equipped rehabilitation gym. Weekly mentorship, regular in-services, learning lunches, and collaborative case discussions are part of our commitment to supporting your continued professional development.

Whether you are a new graduate looking for mentorship or an experienced clinician seeking a long-term professional home, Diamond Physiotherapy provides opportunities to develop your interests in areas such as pelvic health, vestibular rehabilitation, concussion management, TMJ disorders, leadership, mentorship, and program development.
