Our clinic is looking for a physiotherapist with a strong interest in treating orthopedic and sport injuries. The candidate must be a critical thinker with a strong passion for delivering high-quality, evidence-based care. Assets include an engaging personality, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing an exceptional patient experience.

Experienced therapists and new graduates who are interested in continued professional development are welcome to apply. Our team has established clinical strengths in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT), Sport Physiotherapy, concussion management, and vestibular rehabilitation. Clinicians will have the opportunity to learn alongside two Certified MDT clinicians—one of whom also holds the Sport Physiotherapy Diploma (Dip. Sport PT) and IFSPT designation—as well as practitioners with advanced training in concussion and vestibular rehabilitation.

While these are areas of strength within our current team, we also encourage clinicians to develop their own areas of interest and expertise. Whether that involves further training in MDT, Sport Physiotherapy, FCAMPT, concussion and vestibular rehabilitation, or another complementary clinical niche, our goal is to support continued education and help clinicians develop a practice that reflects both their professional interests and the evolving needs of our patient community.

This position is available to start as soon as possible. The successful candidate will also:

  1. Help build and maintain a caseload of high-value clients
  2. Be able to receive constructive feedback, track performance, and make changes as necessary
  3. Be interested in pursuing leadership and critical thinking skills
  4. Have a sense of giving back to the community
  5. Have professional liability insurance
  6. Be in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario

The clinic will provide an ideal professional setting for you, including:

  1. Physiotherapist owned facility
  2. Private, semi-private, and open, fully-furnished treatment spaces
  3. Day-to-day administration, including EMR and billing 1-hour initial consultation and 30 or 45 minute follow-ups, all 1-on-1 w/ your client
  4. Predominantly EHC, fewer WSIB, and occasional MVA clients
  5. Supportive leadership team focused on your professional growth
