Part-Time Physiotherapist

Position Overview

Bay of Quinte Physical Rehab is seeking a Part-Time Physiotherapist who values personalized, one-on-one care in a calm, professional environment. Our clinic is built around supporting each client’s comfort, recovery, and confidence through hands-on treatment and individualized rehabilitation plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one physiotherapy assessments and treatments in private treatment rooms.
• Develop personalized rehab plans that support recovery, mobility, and long-term well-being.
• Deliver hands-on care for injury recovery, chronic pain, and functional improvement.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold professional standards.
• Collaborate with a small multidisciplinary team including chiropractic and massage therapy providers.
• Contribute to a welcoming, supportive clinic atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Registered Physiotherapist in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
• Strong manual therapy skills and clinical reasoning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Comfortable working independently in a one-on-one treatment model.
• Experience with MVA, WSIB, chronic pain, or orthopaedic rehab is an asset.
• Bilingual (English/French) ability is an asset but not required.

Schedule & Compensation

• Part-time position with flexible hours (Monday–Friday).
• Competitive percentage-based pay structure. Final percentage will be determined based on experience, clinical expertise, and caseload-building ability.
