About Blue Line

Blue Line Health & Wellness Group is a multidisciplinary clinic in St. Catharines supporting first responders, veterans, and their families. Our holistic approach considers the whole person and brings together therapeutic care, physical rehabilitation, and on-site wellness and recovery options.

Our clinic includes PEMF therapy mats, red-light therapy, Halo Therapy salt rooms, and a medical-grade infrared sauna. These amenities may complement a client’s care where appropriate and will be used in line with the physiotherapist’s professional judgment, training, and scope of practice.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate, skilled Physiotherapist to provide in-house care as an independent contractor and help grow our physical rehabilitation services.

You will provide individualized assessments and treatment in a welcoming, private clinic environment. Clients may seek support with injury recovery, chronic pain, mobility limitations, physical conditioning, and return-to-activity goals. Our clientele is primarily first responders, veterans, and their families. Experience with these communities is an asset, along with an interest in respectful, trauma-informed care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physiotherapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-informed treatment, rehabilitation, and exercise guidance within your scope of practice.
• Support clients with mobility, strength, function, injury recovery, pain management, and return-to-activity goals.
• Adapt care to each client’s needs, preferences, and circumstances.
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical records and follow applicable privacy and documentation requirements.
• Communicate professionally with clients and, where appropriate and authorized, other members of the care team.
• Contribute to a respectful, collaborative clinic environment.
• Coordinate your contractor schedule and service availability with the clinic.

Qualifications

• Registered with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario and authorized to practise independently.
• Professional liability insurance and any other credentials required for independent practice.
• Strong assessment, communication, and clinical documentation skills.
• A client-centred, inclusive approach to care.
• Experience supporting first responders, veterans, or clients affected by trauma is an asset.
• Additional training or experience in orthopaedic rehabilitation, chronic pain, sports injury, or return-to-work planning is an asset.

Contractor Arrangement

This is an independent contractor opportunity with a percentage-based fee split and a cap. The specific split and cap will be discussed with candidates and confirmed in the contractor agreement.

The contractor is responsible for maintaining their professional registration, insurance, and independent business obligations. Clinic scheduling, use of clinic space, and access to on-site wellness amenities will be discussed during onboarding.
