The Opportunity

We are seeking a Physiotherapist who is confident managing complex cases across MSK, chronic pain, lymphatic, and/or vestibular populations. The ideal candidate is an independent thinker, skilled manual therapist, and strong clinical decision-maker who thrives in a collaborative medical setting. While we seek experienced professionals, newly practicing physiotherapists are warmly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess and treat a diverse caseload including:

  • Orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
  • Persistent/chronic pain presentations
  • ⁠⁠Lymphedema and post-surgical lymphatic conditions
  • Vestibular disorders (BPPV, dizziness, balance dysfunction)
  • ⁠⁠Develop individualized, evidence-informed treatment plans
  • ⁠⁠Provide manual therapy, exercise prescription, education, and self-management strategies
  • Collaborate with on-site physicians for coordinated care
  • ⁠⁠Maintain thorough and timely clinical documentation
  • ⁠⁠Contribute to a positive, professional clinic culture

Qualifications

  • Licensed Physiotherapist in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
  • Minimum 3+ years of clinical experience (preferred)
  • Advanced training/experience in at least one of the following:
    – Strong MSK assessment and manual therapy skills
    – Chronic pain management
    – Lymphedema/Complete Decongestive Therapy (CDT)
    – Vestibular rehabilitation
