The Opportunity
We are seeking a Physiotherapist who is confident managing complex cases across MSK, chronic pain, lymphatic, and/or vestibular populations. The ideal candidate is an independent thinker, skilled manual therapist, and strong clinical decision-maker who thrives in a collaborative medical setting. While we seek experienced professionals, newly practicing physiotherapists are warmly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess and treat a diverse caseload including:
- Orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
- Persistent/chronic pain presentations
- Lymphedema and post-surgical lymphatic conditions
- Vestibular disorders (BPPV, dizziness, balance dysfunction)
- Develop individualized, evidence-informed treatment plans
- Provide manual therapy, exercise prescription, education, and self-management strategies
- Collaborate with on-site physicians for coordinated care
- Maintain thorough and timely clinical documentation
- Contribute to a positive, professional clinic culture
Qualifications
- Licensed Physiotherapist in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
- Minimum 3+ years of clinical experience (preferred)
- Advanced training/experience in at least one of the following:
– Strong MSK assessment and manual therapy skills
– Chronic pain management
– Lymphedema/Complete Decongestive Therapy (CDT)
– Vestibular rehabilitation
