Simple Cures is an integrative medicine clinic in Markham bringing together practitioners from multiple disciplines to deliver whole-person care. We believe lasting healing comes from treating the whole person and are building a team of like-minded practitioners across disciplines to make that possible.

About the Role

We are looking for a Physiotherapist who is recovery-focused, collaborative by nature, and open to being part of a genuinely integrative care environment. You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team contributing to well-rounded patient care that goes beyond what a single-discipline clinic can offer.

The primary focus is injury recovery and rehabilitation, including MVA cases. We are actively developing our rehabilitation caseload and looking for a practitioner who is motivated to build and grow with us. Experience in performance physiotherapy is a welcome addition but not required.

Compensation

Revenue share position — practitioners receive 50% of session revenue, negotiable based on experience. Your income scales directly with your caseload.

Schedule

Flexible scheduling available. Minimum commitment of 3 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat patients with a focus on injury recovery and rehabilitation
• Manage MVA caseloads within HCAI and insurance frameworks
• Develop individualized treatment plans and track patient progress
• Collaborate with practitioners from other disciplines on integrated care plans
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records

Qualifications

• Registered with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario (CPO)
• Experience with MVA and rehabilitation cases is an asset
• Familiarity with HCAI billing and insurance documentation is an asset
• Experience in a multidisciplinary or integrative healthcare setting is an asset
• Open-minded and willing to collaborate with practitioners from other disciplines
• Patient-focused, communicative, and committed to long-term care relationships
