• Update and fine-tune your skills in regular mentorship meetings
• Exceptional location and visibility in a busy commercial plaza adjacent to Highway 11 and surrounded by Costco, Walmart, Home Depot and Lakehead University
• Seamless marketing systems with powerful social media advertising campaigns that drive patient traffic

• Compensation from 80K-130K annually (hourly to start, followed by a split)

• The office has 2 chiropractors who adjust over 350 patients per week. The right candidate would be the only physiotherapist in the office and have access to all these patients.
• Digital x-rays on site with Posture Ray software
• Trained front desk that will handle all scheduling, billing and invoicing
• We will teach you how to build your practice and have bookings on your schedule weeks in advance

• We have a clinical mentorship schedule. How does it work?:
• You will meet bi-weekly with a dedicated clinic mentor
• Practice new techniques to build your skillset
• Get help building a full caseload and maintain it
• We will teach you how to create a treatment plan and keep patients committed to it so you can get and stay busy

Career Advancement Opportunity:

• As the clinic grows,  management opportunities will open in the future to head our physiotherapy department

Required Competencies:

• Must be registered and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
• Must have liability insurance with your regulatory body
• Active release therapy/technique an asset but not required
