Apple Creek Sports Medicine Centre began its growth in 2004 and is well established within the community as demonstrated by the great relationships with local physicians, schools, sport organizations, UofT PT program and other community organizations. As the clinic continues to grow, our team of practitioners are dedicated professionals that focus on building local relationships to foster their presence within the community and are eager to share their knowledge through mentorship opportunities. The perfect candidate for this position is prepared to become part of the team, sharing the vision to build a prosperous practice, and committed to learning the nuances of becoming a great practitioner.

Apple Creek Sports Medicine Centre houses 6 treatment rooms, a large open rehabilitation treatment area and ample active gym space with excellent rehabilitative exercise equipment. Being a concussion management centre, our team utilizes cutting edge technology to assist in the client’s recovery process with an evidence based rehabilitative approach. The clinic is able to function in this fast paced environment as we have excellent support staff that provide superior customer service and schedule management.
