Integrative Functional Recovery Room (IFRR) is looking for a Physiotherapist to join our growing interdisciplinary clinic in Guelph, Ontario.

Whether you are a new graduate looking for a supportive environment to begin your career or an experienced physiotherapist looking for an opportunity to grow your practice and take on a clinical leadership role, we would love to connect.

IFRR is a modern, interdisciplinary rehabilitation and wellness clinic focused on individualized, evidence informed care. Our team works collaboratively to help patients recover from injury, improve movement and strength, and return to the activities that matter to them.

The Role

This position offers a unique opportunity to not only build and manage your own physiotherapy caseload, but also take a leading clinical role in the development of physiotherapy services at IFRR.

As our primary physiotherapist, you will have the opportunity to help shape how physiotherapy is delivered within the clinic. This may include contributing to physiotherapy related clinical processes, helping develop rehabilitation programs and resources, providing input on equipment and treatment tools, and working closely with the broader IFRR team to strengthen our collaborative approach to patient care.

We are looking for someone who is excited to take ownership of the physiotherapy side of the clinic while still having the support of an established interdisciplinary team and administrative staff.

You will work with a diverse acute and chronic musculoskeletal caseload. IFRR also has established relationships within the Guelph healthcare and fitness community and receives referrals through a local urgent care clinic, creating opportunities to build and grow your practice.

What We Offer

  • Opportunity to take a leading clinical role in the growth of physiotherapy at IFRR
  • Ability to build and manage your own physiotherapy caseload
  • Autonomy to help shape physiotherapy services, rehabilitation programming, and clinical processes
  • Internal and external referral opportunities
  • Exposure to a diverse acute and chronic MSK caseload
  • Collaboration with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals
  • Modern clinical and rehabilitation space
  • Administrative support so you can focus on clinical care
  • Flexibility to develop your own clinical interests and areas of expertise
  • Supportive environment for new graduates looking to build confidence and develop clinically
  • Opportunity for experienced physiotherapists to bring their knowledge, experience, and ideas to a growing practice

Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for a physiotherapist who:

  • Is registered or eligible for registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
  • Has a strong interest in musculoskeletal assessment and rehabilitation
  • Values active rehabilitation, exercise, education, and individualized patient care
  • Is comfortable taking initiative and ownership within their clinical role
  • Is interested in helping develop and grow physiotherapy services within the clinic
  • Enjoys collaborating with other healthcare professionals
  • Is motivated to continue learning and developing clinically
  • Values strong relationships with patients and the surrounding healthcare community

New graduates and experienced physiotherapists are both encouraged to apply. Previous leadership experience is not required. We are looking for someone who is motivated, collaborative, and excited about the opportunity to make the physiotherapy role their own.

If you are looking for a clinic where you can grow as a clinician, build a meaningful caseload, and play an important role in shaping physiotherapy within an interdisciplinary practice, we would love to hear from you.
