Join us for two days (November 20/21 2026) in downtown Toronto for the inaugural National Conference on Long-Term Ventilation (LTV). The conference is under the auspices of the Ontario Provincial Long Term Ventilation Strategy and is strongly supported by the Ontario Ventilator Equipment Pool, Technology for Living (BC), PNAVD-NPHVA (Quebec) and several of their counterparts across the country.
Interest within the respiratory and broader medical community continues to grow as an increasing number of individuals depend on long-term mechanical ventilation, either following an acute care admission or due to the natural history of their underlying condition. Our meeting faculty include adult and pediatric respirologists, intensivists, primary care physicians, respiratory therapists, nurses and other allied healthcare professionals involved in providing care to ventilator-assisted individuals.
The exciting collaborative program brings together clinicians, educators, researchers and policymakers to explore best practices, emerging technologies and evolving models of care as well as the interdisciplinary challenges and innovations in long-term ventilation across the lifespan. Through plenary sessions featuring international key opinion leaders, parallel track break-out sessions, interactive hands-on workshops, masterclasses, poster sessions and industry exhibits, we aim to strengthen connections, share expertise and support excellence in care for the growing population of ventilator-assisted individuals.
Submit an abstract by August 10, 2026! Come and share your newest and best clinical initiatives, innovations and research in any area of LTV and help create a day of rich programming.
