Step Into an Established Physiotherapy Practice
The Massage Clinic Health Centres is looking for an exceptional female Physiotherapist to join our team and carry forward an established and highly regarded physiotherapy practice.
This is more than just a new position, an opportunity to step into an established patient base with strong demand from day one.
Our current female Physiotherapist will be relocating to another city after building an excellent reputation and a loyal patient following. Her schedule is consistently booked weeks in advance, and she has developed strong, long-standing relationships with her patients.
We are looking for the right person to carry that success forward and provide continuity of care to her existing patients.
A Supported Transition
We understand that taking over an established practice is about more than simply filling a schedule, it’s about building trust with patients.
To help make the transition as smooth as possible, our current Physiotherapist is happy to assist with the transition and provide support to the incoming Physiotherapist as needed before she relocates.
This gives you the opportunity to become familiar with the existing patient base, understand their treatment needs, and establish relationships with them while benefiting from the guidance of the Physiotherapist who has cared for them.
Requirements
- Be a licensed Physiotherapist in Ontario in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
- Assess and treat common orthopedic injuries within the scope of Physiotherapy practice.

- Be comfortable taking over and continuing the care of an established patient caseload, with a focus on a smooth transition and continuity of care.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and demonstrate a genuine commitment to patient-centred care and long-term patient relationships.
- Have experience or a strong interest in pelvic floor physiotherapy—this would be considered a valuable asset.
- Communicate effectively and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team.
- Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and a commitment to continuing education and professional development.
- Be enthusiastic about growing your practice in a supportive, relaxed, and non-competitive environment.
Compensation
- Starting at 58% of session revenue, with the flexibility to negotiate based on experience, qualifications, and expertise.
Benefits
- Flexible schedule
- On-site parking
Schedule & Growth Opportunity
The position offers an established part-time schedule with excellent potential to grow:
Starting September 23, 2026:
- Wednesday: 2:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
- Thursday: 2:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
- Alternating Saturdays: 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Planned additional hours:
- Monday: 2:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
- Tuesday: 8:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
These additional Monday and Tuesday hours are currently planned for January 2027, but we are flexible. For the right candidate who is a good fit for our team and patient community, we would be happy to introduce these additional hours earlier.
This creates an excellent opportunity to step into an established patient caseload, build strong patient relationships, and gradually grow your practice with the support of an established clinic.
If you are a compassionate, skilled, and motivated Physiotherapist looking for the opportunity to step into a busy, established practice with an excellent patient base and build on a strong foundation with support during the transition, we would love to hear from you.
