Are you a physiotherapist who’s curious about (or already passionate about) vestibular rehab?
What if you could step away from treating pain and injuries all day and instead build real expertise in a focused, in-demand area of practice?
We’re expanding into a new, fully vestibular focused clinic space this June and are looking physiotherapists to join the team with a dedicated vestibular caseload. Whether you’re experienced or newer and eager to learn, this is a unique opportunity to develop a highly specialized skillset in a supportive, mentorship-driven environment.
About the Role
- Focus: 100% vestibular caseload (BPPV, vestibular hypofunction, PPPD, vestibular migraine and more)
- Schedule: Part Time or Full Time available, flexible hours
- Environment: 1:1 care in private treatment rooms with open gym area
- Referrals: Established network including community providers and ENT specialists
- Tools: Access to Vestibular First infrared video goggles and other assessment and treatment equipment
About the Clinic
We’re expanding!
‘The Vertigo Therapist’ practice is growing into a larger, dedicated clinic space – The Centre for Vertigo and Balance will be opening June 2026 in Burlington.
This is not a start-from-scratch clinic. We have an established referral base and exploding demand for vestibular care, and are building a space designed specifically for this population.
What You’ll Love About Working Here
- Competitive compensation (choose hourly wage or fee-split)
- Mentorship in vestibular rehab with a Certified Advanced Vestibular Therapist
- Continuing education allowance to support your growth
- A focused caseload that allows you to build real expertise
- A collaborative, positive clinic culture that is down to earth and all about work – life balance.
Who We’re Looking For
- Registered Physiotherapist in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
- Experience with (or interest in) vestibular rehabilitation
- New grads welcome, especially those motivated to build skills in this area
- Strong communication skills and patient-centered approach
- Values learning, collaboration and being part of a team
Bonus (not required):
- Vestibular training/coursework
- Experience with concussion, neurological rehab or balance disorders
- Additional skills such as acupuncture, manual therapy or cervical/TMJ treatments
Why This Role is Different
You’ll have the opportunity to focus your practice, build expertise in a growing niche, and work with a population that truly benefits from specialized care which is extremely rewarding. If you’ve ever felt burnt out from high-volume MSK care, this is a chance to do something different and meaningful.
