• Tools: Access to Vestibular First infrared video goggles and other assessment and treatment equipment

‘The Vertigo Therapist’ practice is growing into a larger, dedicated clinic space – The Centre for Vertigo and Balance will be opening June 2026 in Burlington.

This is not a start-from-scratch clinic. We have an established referral base and exploding demand for vestibular care, and are building a space designed specifically for this population.

Georgian Sports Medicine & Physiotherapy is a woman and Physiotherapist owned clinic in a beautiful small community north of Barrie, surrounded by the 30,000 islands of Georgian bay. Over the last 9 years, we have been serving our community with evidenced based care with an emphasis on manual therapy, acupuncture, dry-needling and IMS. We work in conjunction with our local on-site Sports Medicine Physician’s, who bring a unique set of both diagnostic/assessment skills/tools.
